Yarra Valley wine, beef and accommodation.

Stay.

Wine.

Beef.

It all started when…

The Etheridge family purchased land in Gruyere, Australia, in 1967. With careful stewardship, we began the first of four generations farming in the beautiful Yarra Valley.

Being part of a vibrant, rural community, we place great importance on being socially and environmentally responsible. We follow leading standards in sustainable and ethical agriculture, horticulture and viticulture.

Since the 1970s we have worked hard to nurture the 500 acres of land that is Yarrawalla Farm. With over 20,000 native trees and grasses planted, and with the help of organisations like Landcare, Ribbons of Green, Land for Wildlife, Tree Project and a Stream Frontage Management Program, we now have around 15% of the farm dedicated to revegetation projects. The increase in biodiversity has allowed us a thriving insectarium for the vineyard, shelter belts for livestock, a healthy creek and a bush block to help protect native wildlife habitat.

The remainder of the property is dedicated to growing wine grapes, premium beef, seasonal lamb, and accommodation.

We are proud to be a family owned farm and enjoy being able to share what we grow.
